Brazil and Egypt will meet in a highly anticipated international friendly as part of the Road to 26 series, a global exhibition tour building momentum toward the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The match will take place June 6 at Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland, bringing together two of the sport’s most recognizable national programs.
Brazil and Egypt have met only once previously at the senior international level, with Brazil earning a 4–3 victory during the 2009 FIFA Confederations Cup in South Africa. The matchup featured late drama and remains the lone meeting between the two nations heading into this summer’s showcase in Cleveland.
